一、协议范围 | Scope of Agreement

本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与北京泰舒安科技有限公司（以下简称"康服保"、"我们"或"平台"）之间关于您使用康服保平台服务所订立的协议。

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you and Beijing Taishuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("KangLink", "we", or "the Platform") regarding your use of KangLink platform services.

• 服务对象：所有访问、使用康服保网站、微信公众号及相关服务的用户
  Service Target: All users accessing or using KangLink website, WeChat official account, and related services
• 服务内容：体检预约、就医协助、报告解读、健康咨询、医疗翻译等健康管理服务
  Service Content: Medical examination booking, medical assistance, report interpretation, health consultation, medical translation, and other health management services

二、账号注册与使用 | Account Registration and Use

2.1 注册资格 | Registration Eligibility

• 您必须是年满 18 周岁的自然人，具有完全民事行为能力
  You must be a natural person aged 18 or above with full civil capacity
• 如您为未成年人，请在监护人陪同下使用服务，并征得监护人同意
  If you are a minor, please use the service under guardian supervision and with their consent

2.2 账号安全 | Account Security

• 您应提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并及时更新
  You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it timely
• 您应妥善保管账号密码，对账号下的所有行为承担法律责任
  You shall properly safeguard your account password and bear legal responsibility for all actions under your account
• 如发现账号被盗用，请立即通知我们

  Attacking or interfering with platform systems
• 其他损害我们或第三方合法权益的行为
  Other acts that harm our or third parties' legitimate rights and interests

三、服务规范 | Service Standards

3.1 服务描述 | Service Description

康服保是一家专注于海外华人及外籍人士回国就医的智慧健康管理平台，主要提供以下服务：

KangLink is a smart health management platform focusing on overseas Chinese and foreign nationals seeking medical care in China, mainly providing the following services:

• 体检预约服务：协助您预约中国境内合作医疗机构的体检服务
  Medical Examination Booking: Assisting you in booking medical examination services at partner institutions in China
• 就医协助：提供挂号、陪诊、翻译等就医全流程协助
  Medical Assistance: Providing full-process assistance including registration, accompaniment, and translation
• 报告解读：AI+ 专家双重解读体检/医疗报告
  Report Interpretation: AI + specialist dual interpretation of medical/test reports
• 健康咨询：7×24 小时在线健康问答
  Health Consultation: 24/7 online health Q&A
• 医疗翻译：专业外文病历翻译服务
  Medical Translation: Professional foreign medical record translation

3.2 服务费用 | Service Fees

• 平台服务费用以页面展示价格为准，具体费用因服务类型而异
  Platform service fees are based on displayed prices, varying by service type
• 医疗费用（体检费、诊疗费等）由医疗机构收取，可能另行支付
  Medical fees (examination fees, treatment fees, etc.) are charged by medical institutions and may be paid separately
• 我们保留调整服务价格的权利，调整前会提前公示
  We reserve the right to adjust service prices, with advance notice

3.3 预约与取消 | Booking and Cancellation

• 预约确认：预约成功后，您将收到确认通知（微信/短信/邮件）
  Booking Confirmation: After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation notification (WeChat/SMS/Email)
• 取消政策：如需取消或改期，请至少提前 24 小时通知
  Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance
• 爽约处理：无故爽约可能导致服务费用不予退还，并影响后续预约
  No-Show Policy: Unexcused no-shows may result in non-refundable fees and affect future bookings

四、医疗服务特别说明 | Special Notes on Medical Services

4.1 服务性质 | Nature of Services

• 康服保是健康管理服务平台，不是医疗机构，不直接提供诊疗服务
  KangLink is a health management service platform, not a medical institution, and does not directly provide diagnosis and treatment services
• 实际医疗服务由合作医疗机构提供，您应与医疗机构另行建立医疗服务关系
  Actual medical services are provided by partner medical institutions, and you should establish a separate medical service relationship with them

4.2 医疗风险 | Medical Risks

• 医疗服务存在固有风险，包括但不限于：检查风险、误诊可能、治疗效果不确定等
  Medical services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: examination risks, possible misdiagnosis, uncertain treatment effects, etc.
• 我们尽力选择优质合作机构，但不对医疗结果做出任何保证
  We strive to select high-quality partner institutions but do not guarantee medical outcomes
• 您应遵从专业医生的建议，自行承担医疗决策风险
  You should follow professional medical advice and bear the risks of medical decisions

4.3 健康信息真实性 | Accuracy of Health Information

• 您应如实提供健康信息、病史、症状等
  You shall truthfully provide health information, medical history, symptoms, etc.
• 因提供虚假信息导致的不良后果，由您自行承担
  You bear the consequences of providing false information

五、知识产权 | Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 平台内容 | Platform Content

平台所有内容（包括但不限于文字、图片、标识、软件、代码等）均受知识产权法律保护：

All platform content (including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws:

• 未经书面许可，不得复制、传播、修改或用于商业用途
  Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited
• 康服保及相关标识均为北京泰舒安科技有限公司的商标
  KangLink and related logos are trademarks of Beijing Taishuan Technology Co., Ltd.

5.2 用户内容 | User Content

• 您在使用服务过程中提交的内容（如咨询问题、评价等），授予我们非独家使用许可
  Content you submit during service use (e.g., inquiries, reviews, etc.) grants us a non-exclusive usage license
• 您应保证内容不侵犯第三方权利
  You shall ensure content does not infringe third-party rights

六、隐私保护 | Privacy Protection

我们重视您的隐私保护。《隐私协议》是本协议的重要组成部分，请您一并阅读。我们按照相关法律法规保护您的个人信息。

We value your privacy protection. The "Privacy Policy" is an integral part of this Agreement. Please read it together. We protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

七、免责声明 | Disclaimer

7.1 不可抗力 | Force Majeure

因以下原因导致的服务中断或损失，我们不承担责任：

We are not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by the following reasons:

• 自然灾害、战争、罢工等不可抗力
  Natural disasters, war, strikes, or other force majeure events
• 政府行为、法律法规变化
  Government actions, changes in laws and regulations
• 网络故障、电力系统问题
  Network failures, power system issues
• 第三方原因（如医疗机构、支付平台）
  Third-party reasons (e.g., medical institutions, payment platforms)

7.2 服务中断 | Service Interruption

• 我们有权因系统维护、升级等需要暂停服务，但会提前通知

• 紧急情况下可能无需通知即暂停服务
  Services may be suspended without notice in emergency situations

  Modified agreements will be published on the platform, with major changes notified to you

8.2 服务终止 | Service Termination

• 您有权随时停止使用服务
  You have the right to stop using services at any time
• 如违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务

• 服务终止后，我们仍可依法保留您的相关信息

九、法律适用与争议解决 | Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本协议的订立、执行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括港澳台地区法律）。

The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

• 双方应友好协商解决争议

• 协商不成的，任何一方均可向北京泰舒安科技有限公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼
  If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the location of Beijing Taishuan Technology Co., Ltd.

十、其他条款 | Other Provisions

10.1 标题 | Headings

本协议条款标题仅为方便阅读而设，不影响条款含义。

Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect clause interpretation.

10.2 可分割性 | Severability

如本协议任何条款被认定为无效，不影响其他条款的效力。

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

10.3 完整协议 | Entire Agreement

本协议构成双方就服务使用的完整协议，取代之前的所有口头或书面约定。

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both parties regarding service use, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
